ORDERING BY CREDIT CARD
To order by credit card, use the Add to Cart button included with each item on our web site. All prices are in US currency and any applicable US sales tax is added. The amount we collect for shipping is based upon the prevailing first class postage rate. We use PayPal secure transactions for all credit card sales, and we do not have access to your credit card information. You can use this payment method even if you're not registered with PayPal. We typically ship within one business day of receiving your order.

ORDERING BY POSTAL MAIL
To order by mail, send a check or money order drawn on US funds to Bob's Knobs, 6976 Kempton Rd, Centerville IN 47330 USA. Include a note listing the item(s) you want. Specify the make, model, and f/ratio of your telescope if ordering collimation knobs. Prices are listed with each product on our web site. All prices are in US currency and include any applicable US sales tax. The amount we collect for shipping is based upon the prevailing first class airmail postage rate. We typically ship within one business day of receiving your order.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
US customers: Insert your PayPal-provided tracking number for USPS door-to-door tracking.
Customers outside the US: The above link provides tracking only as far as the US Postal Service processing center for international packages. For continued tracking to the destination country postal service, insert your PayPal-provided tracking number into the Global Post tracking system. If Global Post has an agreement with the destination country, the link will include a new tracking number tied to the destination country's postal service. Please note that door-to-door tracking for international orders is often not available and your package may require one to three weeks for customs processing. Long shipping delays are common, but lost packages are rare. You may be able to reduce transit delays by ordering from one of our nearby dealers instead.
